[Port Security, Maritime Security, and Homeland Security Blog] In addition to the comments from the APL, a gentlemen from Northrop Grumman was very helpful in pointing out some of the deficiencies in one of the competing floating security barrier system deployed in San Diego. It is against Wave Dispersion's policy to publicly criticize its competitors, but the comments from the Northrup Grumman staff were certainly appreciated.
