[TeledyN:] But the money ...: I discovered last week that since early February, he's been quietly hosting at least 168,000 articles on their website. [Platform.blogs.com] Sudan: The Passion of the Present: Is it fishing, or phishing ...: Ranging from Google News to Sudan Tribune to Islam online, the collective result is a powerful personal tool that enables you to stay on top of the breaking situation and also encounter a wide range of voices struggling to make sense of it. Journalists and bloggers in particular will find this section valuable for doing research.
[Loosewire.typepad.com] loose wire: Banks, Phishing And A Dereliction Of Responsibility: Phishing is the thin end of a new wedge that will lead to increasingly sophisticated efforts to use technology and social engineering to part consumers with their data and money. The banks' role is not to put a few silly little warning notices on their website and set up silly little websites nobody visits (like this one) but to throw serious resources at protecting their customers: by building secure sign-on systems, by monitoring the bad guys, by offering well-staffed and accessible customer support hotlines.
